I'm Helen Davis, an experienced clinical hypnotherapist, and based on my extensive experience of supporting 1:1 clients through surgery, I've created two downloadable self-hypnosis MP3s: one to help you prepare your mind, body and nervous system ahead of the procedure and one to support your healing afterwards.

The hypnotic suggestions in these MP3s are general enough to be relevant to any medical or dental procedure while still being specific enough to be of real benefit.

Choose a single MP3 – Preparing for Surgery or Healing after Surgery – for £48 or buy both together for £84, a saving of £12.

You will receive an email telling you how to download your audio(s) once payment has been processed.
